Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of purchase.
During product drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected at our discretion).Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, it is outside of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to edit shipping details once an order is placed.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense (if inventory allows).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are scanned in by the carrier.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee replacements or reships.
