Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Once your order has shipped, it is no longer under our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times, replacements, or refunds for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
We take care to package your order securely, but because our drops are highly limited, we are unable to replace or resend items if something happens after shipment. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot modify orders once submitted.
If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, you will need to contact the shipping provider directly to resolve the issue.
